Youth Makerspace Larnaka is based on the Makerspace standards developed by university institutions or communities abroad. It provides young people with access to high-quality and state-of-the-art equipment for developing prototypes and implementing their business ideas. “Makerspaces” represent the democratization of design, mechanization, construction, and education.
YOUTH MAKER SPACE BRAND IDENTITY
Youth maker space Larnaka needed a distinctive Brand Identity. The YMS aims to connect with young people that have a thirst for knowledge and experimentation with new technologies, design, and art.
The brand identity is colorful as it aims to portray the diverse divisions that it’s offering to its younger audience. Although many colors are not highly suggested when building a brand or a brand identity, there are some cases where rules must be broken.
Indoor and outdoor signs, posters, flyers & banners were created based on the brand identity.
It is a space where young people can learn about technology, crafts, and other creative manufacturing processes and methods. Share their knowledge and skills, and apply this knowledge and skills in practice. The equipment includes 3D printers, laser cutters, drones, virtual reality, robotics, arduino, rasberry pi and many more.
